Your Session
I will begin by asking how you feel physically, emotionally, and mentally. Our conversation allows us to identify any immediate discomfort or stress that Reiki can address. Next, the intentional conversation moves to goal setting, from seeking relaxation and stress relief to seeking assistance with specific physical or emotional challenges.

Distance Reiki
Some customers experience physical sensations, such as warmth or coolness, tingling, or pulsations, and emotional responses, such as calmness and releasing emotions — it is not uncommon for emotions to surface during a session, including joy, sadness, or relief from cleared emotional blockages.

Reflection
I will share observations, such as where energy releases occurred. I encourage you to share any feelings you experienced to enhance your connection to the process. I will offer suggestions on maintaining your energy balance and well-being, including simple mindfulness practices that can be seamlessly integrated into your daily life.

Distance Reiki is a therapeutic session in which a certified practitioner uses their hands to shift a person’s energy fields from a distance. Practitioners use a distance symbol to connect with a person’s energy signature and send universal life force energy across time and space (also known as absent Reiki).
